Nice if it worked!

Since purchasing this app I have only been able to process one video. I emailed the developer three times for help and got no reply.

I would love to be able to use the app but it always stalls in the processing stage. I tried all file resolutions and it didnt help.

Its a real let down because the sample videos on the website look great. I hope I can get a fix for the app because I really want to use it.
